Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026. This page explains what we store in your browser, what it is for, and what you control. Our approach is deliberately minimal: nothing optional is stored unless you say yes.

Strictly necessary storage

This storage is what makes the site work. It is always present, it is first-party, and it needs no consent because the site cannot function without it.

• Session and authentication. Keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and keeps your session secure. Cleared when you sign out.
• Shopping cart. Remembers the items you have added so they are still there when you return to the site.
• Preferences. Remembers the language and currency you selected, so you do not have to set them on every visit.
• Support chat session. If you use the support assistant, a temporary identifier lets the conversation continue within the same browser tab.
• Your cookie choice. Remembers whether you accepted or declined advertising cookies, so we do not ask again on every page.

Our own analytics

We measure traffic with analytics software we run ourselves, on our own domain. It sets no cookies, assigns no persistent identifier, and sends nothing to any third party. It tells us which pages are read and where visitors arrived from, and nothing about you as an individual. Because it stores nothing on your device, it needs no consent.

Advertising measurement — only if you accept

We may use Google advertising and analytics cookies to see whether our advertising is working: how many people who arrived from an advertisement went on to place an order, and what that order was worth. This involves Google setting identifiers in your browser and receiving data about your visit.

This is not strictly necessary, so it is off by default. When advertising measurement is active on this site, a cookie bar appears and nothing is stored until you choose. We use Google Consent Mode, which means that until you accept, every category — advertising storage, advertising personalisation, advertising user data and analytics storage — remains denied.

If you decline, no Google cookies are set and no measurement data about your visit is sent.

Changing your choice

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Clearing this site's storage also clears your recorded choice, so the cookie bar will appear again and you can answer differently. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent parts of the site — including checkout — from working correctly.
